- Good communication
- အိမ်ခြံမြေဆိုင်ရာ data များအား list /follow up လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Team work စိတ်ရှိသူဦးစားပေးမည်။
- Customer များနှင့်တိုက်ရိုက်ပြောဆိုဆက်ဆံရမည်ဖြစ်သောကြောင့်ချိုသာစွာစကားပြောဆိုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
