Job Descriptions

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and approach potential clients in Myanmar.
Consult clients to understand business needs and propose suitable IT solutions (Flex cube, MS, Software, Systems, Cloud, Database, etc.).
Able to manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and contract closing.
Work closely with the Pre-Sales Team, Technical, and Delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, able to find out Market insights, competitor activities, and customer need, demands.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to our MPS internal systems.
Support account management and upselling/cross-selling opportunities for existing clients.

Job Requirements

BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred.
3 year’s experiences in related fields.
Good at English, interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills.
Experiences in Sales, Proven ability to manage the sales cycle.
Strong organizational and management skills, planning skills, and an ability to set and manage priorities.
Effective problem-solving skills and an ability to present innovative solutions to customer needs.
Solid understanding of IT solutions and the ability to build long-term relationships with the bank and the financial sector.
Ability to forecast, manage sales expenses, and successfully close business.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
