Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Must have 3 years’ experience in construction material sales (cement, steel, hardware, building materials, etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Good understanding of the construction market.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell construction materials to existing and new customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Prepare sales reports and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
