Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related filed.
  • MBA or relevant advance degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 8 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable results and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and drive for success.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with production, planning and other cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and threats in the market.
  • Prepare and present regular sales report, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.
  • Participate in the recruitment, training and development of sales team members to ensure a high-performing and cohesive team.
  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
  • Willing to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend conferences and industry events.

 

Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
