must understand the structural /architectural / ID drawing, detail, specifications
must have the ability to record every changes in the drawings and discrepancies between structural and architectural drawing
shall prepare the Marco project schedule for the project
shall have the ability to liaise and collaborate with the subcontractor, architect and all team members of the project
shall drive and manage to the labour and control materials usage on site
shall prepare all the required materials and labour in advance as per macro schedule
shall have the competence to plan work well in advance, monitor the progress everyday and make best choices to ensure to complete the project on time according to the budget.
shall prepare and submit the daily /weekly/monthly report to the superior as schedule
shall report and record every activity carried on site from time to time via related group chat to minimize the unnecessary error
shall keep in touch with the superiors for his responsibilities
shall have fully qualifications for each related position to minimize control
shall arrive to site on time
shall arise the proposal solution or ask for the suggestion from the superior asap for the uncleared or disputed itemon site
shall have the basic mindset to be eager to learn new challenges and keep trying to improve

Working Hours: 8:00 AM To 5:00 PM

Holidays: Sunday, Public Holidays
