Job Requirements
- B.E (Civil Engineering).
- Site Engineer အဖြစ် အနည်းဆုံး (5) နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Project Handling အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- AutoCAD, Excel နှင့် Project Management Tools အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Leadership Skill ကောင်းပြီး Team ကို ဦးဆောင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Communication Skill ကောင်းသူ (Client Handling) ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- Site အပြည့်အဝကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲပြီး Project Progress ကို ထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်း။
- Work Schedule / Planning (Weekly / Monthly) ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
- Subcontractor များနှင့် Coordination လုပ်ခြင်း။
- Construction Work များကို Drawing & Specification အတိုင်း စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။
- Quality Control (QA/QC) နှင့် Safety Management တာဝန်ယူခြင်း။
- Material Request နှင့် Resource Planning စီမံခြင်း။
- Client / Consultant များနှင့် Meeting တက်ပြီး Report တင်ပြခြင်း။
- Site Problem များကို ဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်း။
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
