Job Description

Manage and supervise all on-site quantity surveying tasks.
Prepare and analyze all documentation for civil works and material usage.
Conduct regular on-site measurements and valuations.
Manage and assess all variations and claims.
Prepare project-related documentation, including progress reports and payment certificates.
Supervise and mentor junior staff on-site.
Work closely with the project management and engineering teams to ensure project profitability and timely completion.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering is required.
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a Quantity Surveying role, preferably on a construction site.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for precise data management and reporting and Auto CAD software.
Exceptional documentation skills and a keen eye for detail.
Must be at least 25 years old.
Strong ability to focus and supervise work on-site.
Salary will be negotiated based on your experience and qualifications.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
