Job Description
- Determine PO number and prepare PO document
- Update daily YGN stock in/ out list in Google sheet
- Checking Pann Sar serial number list
- Comparison Pan Sar weight and GRN weight for weight difference
- Monthly ground stock checking for physical count
- Reconcile inventory report in Google sheet against physical stock count
- Calculate inventory cost for issuing (DO by DO) and inventory valuation for stock balance
- Prepare detailed GC and container loading shipment (Stock in/out list and actual list checking) for weight difference and report to Finance & MD
- Weight comparison YGN Receiving and MDY stock out for CB transport
- Negotiation with CB owner for MDY to YGN CB stocks transport (if necessary)
- Checking RG, KM W/H stock, weight list for goods in transit
- Checking RG, KM logistics car fees and acknowledge for making payment
- Weight comparison for short transport
- Checking GC dump truck list, GC short transport, short transport day overdue for making payment
- Prepare W/H stock excel file, GRN GIN list
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Proven experience as inventory or similar position
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Advance Excel level and inventory management.
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
- Can work under pressure.
- LCCI Level II/III
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
