Job Descriptions
- Develop the Trade marketing strategies, Trade marketing plan include; new-product development launch implementation, in-store communication strategies and below the line executions of all the products portfolio under F&N Non-alcohol beverages.
- Manage day to day operational activities including monitoring of trade marketing / channel performance on a monthly and quarterly basis;
- Support on ATL and BTL activities projects / day to day operation to make sure on execution at the trade activities meet to the objectives with the brand guild line and timeline.
- Co-lead new project implementation plans, working closely to the brand marketing teams and customers relationship (RTM) team.
- Developing an understanding of the drivers of trade and channel dynamic growth and brand health each trade / channel / areas and identifying key issues and opportunities;
- Developing of POSM to implements in specific channels / areas with consistency with brand guideline.
- Accountable for the analysis of trade activities performances by constantly evaluating performance against measurable objectives.
- Tracking retail audit and deep analyze / identify brand performances and issues related with provide the solutions.
- Monitor budget spend and provide timely communication to relevant stakeholders on overspend / cash availability.Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays : Saturday (Half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
