Job Requirements
- အမျိုးသမီး၊ အသက် ၂၀ မှ ၃၀ အတွင်း ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- မည်သည့်ဘွဲ့ရမဆိုလျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။ (Mechanical or Electrical Diploma/ Degree more preferred) (Freshers also welcome)
- ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ရပါမည်။
- ကားနှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သော ဗဟုသုတ သို့ အတွေ့အကြုံရှိပါက ဦးစားပေးပါမည်။
- အလုပ်နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော Training များလည်းပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
- ကွန်ပြူတာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ Microsoft Excel, Word အစရှိသည့် Software များအသုံးပြုရမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
- သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိပြီး အဖွဲ့အစည်းနှင့် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- Customer များအား ကောင်းမွန်စွာဆက်ဆံပြောဆို နိုင်ရမည်။
- Customer များ ပြုပြင်လိုသောအကြောင်းအရာများအား ကောင်းမွန်စွာနားလည်ပြီး Technicians များနှင့် ညှိနှိုင်း ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Repair Order များ ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း၊ Spare Part နှင့် ပြုပြင်မှုလက်ခ ကုန်ကျစရိတ်များအားတွက်ချက်ပေး ခြင်းများ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
- Customer များအား ၎င်းတို့၏ ကားပြုပြင်နေမှုဆိုင်ရာ အခြေအနေများကို အကြောင်းကြားခြင်း။
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ Customer Complaint များအား ဖြေရှင်းခြင်း၊ Follow Up လိုက်ခြင်း များ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
- ကားများပြုပြင်ပြီးစီးပါက Customer များအား ပြီးစီးကြောင်း အကြောင်းကြားပြီး Invoice ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းနှင့် ငွေတောင်းခံခြင်း ကိစ္စများတွင် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရပါမည်။
- Customer ကားများ၏ လာရောက်ပြုပြင်မှု မှတ်တမ်းများအား ပြုစုရပါမည်။
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
