Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in electronics service operations and at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent technical knowledge of electronic devices (e.g., TVs, Home appliances, etc.).
- Proficient in diagnostic tools and service management systems.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Job Descriptions
- Oversee the daily operations of the service center.
- Ensure all repairs and services are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain inventory levels for spare parts and tools.
- Manage, train, and evaluate service staff (technicians, customer service agents, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company standards and service protocols.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels.
- Resolve escalated customer issues or complaints.
- Ensure proper communication between front desk and technical staff.
- Supervise diagnostics, repairs, and quality checks on all electronics.
- Stay updated with the latest technology and repair techniques.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and analyze service reports, KPIs, and financial data.
- Control costs and improve service profitability.
- Coordinate with other departments (sales, logistics, etc.) as needed.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, warranty policies, and local regulations.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturdays (Alternate), Sundays and Public Holidays
