• AGTI, B Tech, BE (Electrical)
• Organized, detailed-oriented nature, strong initiatives, and a good communicator
• Customer Focus, mastering customer issues identification, and solving
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Ability to work independently
Job Descriptions
• Overseeing repairs and maintenance of Solar (PV) Inverters.
• Supervise and direct onsite crew (e.g. technician)
• Generating Reports for site visits and service calls
• Conducting site inspections
• Troubleshooting and testing on site
• Offering technical support to clients, ensuring durability, improving efficiency and safety
• Monitor and update products inventory inclusive of spare parts
• Attend ongoing training events sponsored by the company to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and repair options
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30PM
Holidays : Sunday & Publish Holiday
