Job Requirements

Any Graduate OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR Certificate in electrical school.
Age between 35 and 45 years old.
3-5 years of experience in service management.
Strong understanding of technical service process (TV, Video, Inverter …)
Excellent leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skill.

Job Descriptions

Supervise and coordinate activities of the service team, including technicians and support staff.
Monitor service workflows to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Handle complex customer issues and complaints, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
Maintain service records and prepare performance reports.
Monitor and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays
