Job Descriptions

Prepare and review shipping documents (OBL, Invoice, Packing List, etc.) and any other documents requested by customers or consignees.
Coordinate with Shipping Lines and Freight Forwarders to ensure timely and accurate documentation processes.
Liaise with the Singapore Operations Team on shipping-related matters, including freight payment issues.
Verify and print original documents, and arrange courier services to consignees or the Singapore office.
Maintain accurate records of all documents and data in both Excel and hard copy files on a daily basis.
Monitor all shipping cases (Export/Import) via Outlook and track vessel movements.
Apply for Export Licenses, Import Licenses, Certificates of Origin, and Phytosanitary Certificates with the relevant authorities.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Incoterms, freight management, and shipping documentation.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Good understanding of export/import procedures and documentation requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Familiarity with shipping line platforms for submitting bookings, VGM, shipping instructions, and finalizing Original Bills of Lading.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
