Job Description
- We are looking for a responsible and experienced Shop Supervisor / Manager to oversee daily shop operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth customer service.
- This position requires leadership, honesty, and strong communication skills.
- Supervise daily operations of the shop.
- Manage and guide sales staff.
- stock and display arrangements.
- Ensure accurate handling of cash and transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with accounting and management teams.
- Maintain shop cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
- Must perform assigned duties diligently as required.
Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- (3) years of experience in a supervisory or management role (preferably in retail or jewellery).
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and sales processes.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Computer literacy (basic use of Microsoft Excel and POS systems) is a plus.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: A Day per week
Other Facilities: Staff House, and three-time meals support (if require)
