Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail or showroom management. (Prefer in Machinery Field
  • Strong Leadership and communication skills,
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Description

  • Plan and manage sales actives to achieve company targets.
  • Lead and guide the sales team to improve their performance
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Solve customer problems and ensure they are satisfied.
  • Monitor daily sales and prepare sales reports
  • Work with other department to ensure smooth operations,
  • Help the company reach monthly and yearly sales goals,
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with important clients and organizations.
  • Attend business meetings, events, and networking sessions.
  • Create strategies to expand business growth and market share.
  • Plan and follow up on business development projects to ensure success

Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 30P.M
