Job Requirements

Any Bachelor Degree, preferred Bachelor or Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management.
Minimum 3 work experience in sales field.
Proven experience as a Showroom Executive, Retail Executive, or similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising best practices.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using retail management software (POS systems).

Job Description

Meet or exceed sales targets by driving sales efforts and offering personalized customer service.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Manage the display and arrangement of products and showroom layout. •
Collaborate with the Supervise, train, and motivate showroom staff, ensuring top performance and alignment with sales goals.
Schedule shifts, monitor employee attendance, and manage team productivity.
Monitor product stock levels, and brand team to receive and display the SKUs accordingly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, analyzing showroom performance.
Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.

Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 6: 00P.M
Holiday : One day per week
