Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Proven experience as a showroom manager or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Customer service orientation
Strong knowledge of Mobile and related accessories, sales strategies, and showroom operations
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Working knowledge of MS Office
Basic understanding of data analysis principles
Hands-on experience with floor planning and merchandising

Job Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by developing creative strategies.
Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand identity and support marketing initiatives
Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of showroom sales associates, fostering an environment of teamwork, accountability, and mutual respect
Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs, providing feedback and guidance to ensure con-tinued growth and development
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating as necessary
Ensure all customers receive a best-in-class experience by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and prod-uct availability throughout the showroom
Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom, including opening and closing procedures, security, and loss prevention
Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment, working with vendors and warehouse staff as needed
Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing showroom performance against targets
Develop and implement seasonal promotional

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Six days per month
