Job Requirements
- B.E (Civil) Degree / Diploma.
- Age- 28 ~ 40 years old.
- Computer Excel and Word
- Prefers to Construction site and Condo Renovation field
- At least 5 years of experience in related field.
Job Descriptions
- Confirming the Design and Drawing before starting the Project
- Drawing and explaining the Working Drawing Sketch if necessary
- Calling for quotations according to the project to select the contractor
- Selecting the contractor based on price and experience in the work
- Investigating the price of construction materials required for the work and determining the quantity to be purchased
- Checking the contractor during the work to ensure that the quality of the work and the size of the design are correct
- Making payments according to the completion of the work
- Coordinating to complete the work on time and to facilitate the work between the contractors
- Checking and using the materials used in the work to reduce waste and improve quality
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday (half day), Sunday and Public Holiday
