Job Description
- BE(Civil) ဖြင့် ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
- Drawing ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာဖတ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- AUTO CAD အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရပါမည်။
- Experience: Construction & Finishing အတွေ့အကြုံ (၃) နှစ်နှင့်အထက်ရှိရပါမည်။
- Communication & coordination skills, Detail-oriented & problem-solving mindset ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
- Subcontractors, workers, suppliers များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Daily site progress ကို record ပြုလုပ်ပြီး reporting တင်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Site schedule နှင့် တစ်ပြေးညီ အလုပ်အတွေ့အကြုံ အသုံးချပြီး timeline ထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်း၊Site progress ကို update ပြုလုပ်ပြီး Project Manager / QS / Clients ကို တင်ပြခြင်းများပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Saturday Alternate , Sunday & Public Holiday
