Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s & Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in construction, preferably waterproofing/finishing works.
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials and application methods.
- Ability to read drawings and manage site teams.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
Job Descriptions
- Supervise waterproofing works and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Monitor material application (PU, bituminous, cementitious, epoxy, etc.).
- Inspect surface preparation, carry out site tests, and ensure quality control.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on progress and material usage.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure site workers follow PPE protocols.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
