Job Description

  • Supervise and direct on-site labor and subcontractors to ensure efficiency, prevent material waste, and meet project deadlines.
  • Regularly inspect completed work to ensure quality.
  • Adhere strictly to the project’s method statements, procedures, and standards.
  • Use calibrated equipment and ensure all work is completed according to the weekly schedule provided by the Project Engineer and Senior Site Engineer.
  • Enforce all safety rules and regulations to maintain a secure and incident-free work environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the worksite, including scaffolding, and provide daily safety briefings to the team.
  • Oversee the proper and safe use of all on-site machinery and tools. Conduct daily inspections before and after use, and ensure they are maintained and utilized without waste.
  • Provide assistance with site surveying, material management, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Engineer and other team members to ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.

 

 Job Requirement

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A Diploma in Civil Engineering is an asset.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in the field.
  • Basic understanding of construction materials, methods, machinery, and tools.
  • Must be at least 27 years old.
  • Must be willing to work at the Thilawa Project.
  • Salary will be negotiated based on your experience and qualifications.

 

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
