Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in interior fit-out or site supervision roles. Freshers are also welcome.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
Job Description
- Supervise daily on-site interior works including carpentry, painting, ceiling, flooring, and MEP installations.
- Monitor progress and ensure that work is carried out according to design specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth workflow.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct inspections to ensure work quality meets design and industry standards.
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly to prevent project delays or rework.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Liaise with the interior designer/project manager to understand project requirements and update on progress.
- Report daily/weekly site activities, progress updates, and material needs.
- Conduct site meetings and briefings with teams.
- Resource & Material Management:
- Ensure availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate deliveries and manage inventory of on-site materials.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday
