Job Requirements
- Bachelor in IT, Computer Science or equivalent any degree.
- Age Between 25-40 years old.
- Must have at least 2 working years of experience.
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role in IT related field.
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented.
Job Descriptions
- Perform remote/onsite troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Provide needed information on IT products or services.
- Keep record of problems and their resolution on logs / ticketing system.
- Follow-up and update status and information.
- Testing of the Mobile App Software.
- Give training.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
