Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil), Renewable Energy, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in solar PV project development or execution.
- Familiarity with solar PV systems, grid-tied installations,
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project (or similar tools), and AutoCAD/Solar design tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Job Description
- Assist in managing all phases of solar project development, including design, procurement, con-struction, commissioning, and closeout.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for project designs and layouts.
- Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
- Review vendor/supplier proposals and support procurement decisions.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations on-site.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and logs.
- Serve as the point of contact for subcontractors and vendors during execution.
- Support project risk assessment and mitigation planning.
- Assist in managing permits, interconnection applications, and local authority approvals.
Working Hours: 9am to 5:00pm (Monday to Friday), 9am to 3:30pm (Saturday)
Holidays: Sunday, Public Holidays
