- Bachelor’s Degree
- Microsoft (word, Excel, Power point),
- 2-year experience in sourcing role.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, have a strong attention to detail
- and be able to adapt to rapid change in a positive manner whilst continuing to
- deliver to demanding timescales.
- Good health and mental
Job Descriptions
- Requested quotations from suppliers for the on-demand trip.
- Preparing and posting to the Facebook Group for finding outsources vehicles.
- To find outsource vehicles and deal with suppliers for the corporate contract.
- Preparing and extending supplier’ contracts.
- Preparing payment for the outsource cars’ salary, extra kilo, on-demand payment.
- Always checking and updating the car rental market price on Google Drive.
- Preparing quotation that monthly rental price and on-demand rent market price for the BD Team.
- Finding and dealing with outsourced vehicles that are not in the office for the BD team.
- Arrangement of office car switching procedures to reduce external car rental.
- Arrangement of the replacement vehicle the whole Myanmar.
- Handling the process of returning the car to the owner GPS, fuel card
- Aligning car salaries with the owners.
- Aligning maintenance process with the owners for outsourced vehicles.
- Handling the owner complaints.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
