Job Descriptions
- Responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of service, and; translating customer
- experience management strategy into an effective program or process enhancement to improve customer experience and service quality;
- Monitor and control daily stock levels in coordination with storekeepers.
- Review and verify reports submitted by storekeepers regarding incoming and outgoing stock.
- Ensure all stock data is accurate and up to date in the inventory system.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly stock reports to the owner and management.
- Identify discrepancies between physical stock and inventory records, and investigate causes.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
- Support in stock audits and assist in implementing stock control procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation for all stock transactions (receipts, issues, adjustments).
- Assist in developing and improving inventory tracking systems and reporting formats.
Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, or business-related field preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and reporting skills – must be able to clearly present reports to the owner.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Team player with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in warehouse environments as needed.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and processes.
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sundays & Public Holidays
