Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 years of experience in stock or warehouse control.
- Knowledge of stock management systems (Excel, ERP, or warehouse software).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Descriptions
- Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate supply of goods at all times.
- Record incoming and outgoing stock transactions accurately.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and report discrepancies.
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to track stock movements.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of goods according to company SOP.
- Prepare inventory reports (stock balance, fast/slow-moving items).
- Submit reports to management on inventory turnover and forecasting needs.
- Maintain stock cards, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and other documents.
- Report and investigate damaged, expired, or missing stock items.
- Suggest improvements to minimize stock loss or wastage.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM To 5:30 PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
