Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, Professional Engineer
  • License, Master’s degree in engineering
  • Minimum of five years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient with Auto CAD & Design Software such as ET ABS, ST AADPRO, SAFE
  • Commercial awareness
  • Decisive with excellent critical thinking skills
  • Good Attention and understanding of Construction Details

Job Description

  • Responsible for all structural engineering related to the design closely affiliated with architecture.
  • Design structural components for projects (small, medium scale building & foundation design), including analyzing survey reports, soil report, topographical maps and client requirements to ensure specifications meet project goals
  • Review blueprints, plans and change orders to verify structural integrity of materials and designs, and perform complex calculations and use modeling methods to ensure correct results
  • Participate in initial planning and bidding processes, including reviewing environmental factors, government regulations, constructions costs and risk analysis reports to prepare comprehensive study on all relevant design factors
  • Inspecting the properties to check the conditions/foundation/construction
  • Providing the design sketch for developing the structure design drawing by the Drafter
  • Providing the structure design calculation report for Client/Authority Submission
  • Research existing and new material technology to determine practical applications, strength and durability expectations and cost-benefits information, and prepare material recommendations for projects
  • Liaising with the relevant professional staff such as Architects
  • Liaising with the Client/ Client’s representative to get the project information and requirement

Working Hour : 8:00A.M to 5: 300P.M
Holiday : Saturday (Alternate), Sunday and Public Holidays
