Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ work experienced in Food & Beverage and Foodstuff Distribution field (a fast-moving foodservice business) with same position.
Bachelor’s degree holder (Any Graduate) and related professional qualification (Diploma or Certification of
Supply Chain Management).
Good command Microsoft office package & ERP Software.
Fluent in English 4 skills.
Strong experienced in Supply Chain Management.
Able to wo work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good personality and communication skills, a positive working attitude, hands-on and hardworking.

Job Description

Sourcing the variety of products from oversea and local.
Ordering Process, import and export outsourcing – FDA, UMFCCI application process
Shipment arrangement.
Estimate and Actual landed cost calculations and transportation cost calculation.
Manage documentation process of Supply Chain Department.
Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
Deal and check third party activities of clearance processes.
Check monthly stock report update usage and inventory valuation.
Monitor physical stock balance with inventory ledger.
Documentation process of Supply Chain Dept. (Collecting invoices, payment process, write-off, etc.).
Problem Solving issue from the Supply Chain operations.
Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
Monthly report to Management Team.

Working Hours: 9:00AM To 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
