Job Requirements

Any Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1 or 2 years of similar working experience in distribution or trading business.
Basic knowledge in handling imports process and documents.
Good written and oral communication skills in Myanmar are highly demanded.
Need to communicate in English especially in writing.
Need to have the strong skill in handling documents.
Strong experience in FDA, import License running , Custom Regulation and Trade Net
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, email and Google Workspace.
Strong interpersonal, communication, planning and handling emergency skills are highly demanded.
Able to work in Hlaing Thar Yar Industrial Zone.

Job Descriptions

To coordinate with suppliers, agencies and internal to arrange the product ordering and receiving.
Prepare and report monthly orders to MD and Sales teams and review report to MD.
Daily update all shipments status in files.
Arrange and handle YGN to MDY weekly transfer process to MDY branch office.
Fulfilling the department’s need assigned by HOD

Working Hours: 8:00AM ~ 4:30PM

Holidays: Saturday (Alternate) & Sunday, Public Holidays
