Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information
• Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–10years in system administration, networking, or cybersecurity roles.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and tools.
• Familiarity with firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, and endpoint protection.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Preferred certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or CEH.
• Networking Certifications: Preferred certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Network

Job Descriptions

• Manage and maintain servers, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and virtualization platforms.
• Ensure high availability and optimal performance of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Perform regular updates, patches, and backups to maintain system integrity.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
• Design, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
• Monitor network performance and optimize traffic flow to ensure efficient connectivity.
• Troubleshoot network-related issues and implement reliable solutions.
• Configure and manage VPNs, VLANs, and other network services.
• Implement and monitor security measures to protect IT systems, networks, and data.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Maintain firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
• Document system configurations, network diagrams, and security policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Provide support for internal and external IT audits.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on IT-related matters.
• Work with other teams to implement and integrate new technologies.
• Assist in developing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
