Job Requirements
Any Graduate
- Must have at least 2 to 3 Years of working experience in the related field
- Certification as an IT Technician will be an advantage ( e.g., Comp TIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
- In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Good Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
Job Descriptions
Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
- Provide technical support to end-users and internal teams, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
- Ensuring the security of clients and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting CCTV system issues
- Documentation and inventory updates.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays
