Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in system administration or infrastructure support in enterprise environments.
- Strong foundational knowledge of server infrastructure, virtualization, storage, and networking.
- Hands-on experience with VMware technologies and Windows Server 2016/2019 administration.
- Familiarity with Veeam Backup & Replication for routine backup and restore operations.
- Working experience with Linux systems, specifically RHEL and Ubuntu Server.
- Basic understanding of SAN storage environments and their operational management.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent for task automation and system efficiency.
- Comfortable using monitoring and diagnostic tools for system health and troubleshooting.
- Certifications such as VMware VCP, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, and RHCSA are advantageous.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices and disciplined in documentation and process adherence.
- A proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including participation in an on-call support rotation.
- Willingness to provide support outside of regular business hours and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
Working Hour: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday ,Sunday & Gazette Holidays
