Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- LFCS/ RHCSA/ AWS certified is preferred.
- Minimum 3 (or) 4 years of relevant experiences is preferred.
- Hands-on experience of Windows server OS troubleshooting and problem resolution with ability to troubleshoot independently.
- Knowledge of server hardware and equipment.
- Debian Base OS, RHEL Base OS, Windows Servers, Strong knowledge in Storage System (NAS, SAN)
- Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g., DNS, Apache, Nginx, HAproxy, Mysql).
- Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP.
- Knowledge of micro-services (Kubernetes, Dockers).
- Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., Proxmox).
- Experience in monitoring system (Zabbix, and Prometheus).
- Familiar with AWS Cloud Computing (EC2, Amazon S3, Route53, VPC, ALB, NLB).
- Solid scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Python).
- Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP).
- Able to communicate in English to various levels of client’s management personal.
Job Descriptions
- Install, support, maintain and develop the sever infrastructure
- Define and implement security policies
- Daily Backup and Recovery Administration
- Supports development and production environments
- Troubleshoot performance issues
- Write and maintain technical implementation documentation on existing services and systems.
- Support and maintain all Microsoft Windows Servers, Linux Servers & Storage Devices, Printers, including periodic patching of all Windows Servers, Linux Servers.
- Monitor and analyze systems performance data and tunes operating system (window and/or Linux) to improve performance, optimizes systems response time or make required changes in the environment.
- Need to complete the assigned task under tight schedule
- Flexibility to work in shifts, occasional night standby support (onsite or remote) in case of system migration activity / system maintenance
- Build, scale, and secure traditional services using innovative solutions
- Performs daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
- Administration and configuration of the virtual server environment.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
