Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with relevant subjects in Computer Science or equivalent
Must be VCP (DCV), RHCSA
Microsoft, Dell EMC, HPE and other Cloud Platform certification highly preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience with administering and troubleshooting Virtualization, Server (both
Microsoft and UNIX/Linux based) and Storage environments
Must have expert knowledge of Linux, DC Virtualization, Server, Storage and backup systems
Must have moderate knowledge of Networking, Security and Cloud Platform
Proven experience with systems planning, deploying and maintaining with best practices for
Virtualization, Microsoft and Storage environments
Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Able to work under pressure
Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
Continues self-improvement and learning to maintain and improve current technical knowledge
Able to work in 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

To provide troubleshooting, operations support and escalations for the clients.
Prepare project documents, reporting including customer troubleshooting assistant.
Monitor and analyze the problem when incident happen.
Prepare incident reports, including findings with analysis.
Provide technical analysis, guidance and mentoring to less experienced engineers.
Respond to incident calls and ensure the SLA to clients.
Highly self-motivation and able to manage multi-tasks
Strong customer service orientation

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
