Job Description
- Troubleshooting and Repair:
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems.
- Technical Support:
- Providing assistance to users with computer-related issues, offering guidance on software and hardware usage, and escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with users and documenting issues.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them efficiently.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide helpful and efficient technical support to users.
Working Hour: 10:00A.M to 6:00 P.M
Holidays: One day per week & Public holidays
