Job Description

  • Lead and develop sales plan for each channel aligned with agent mission and market
    trends.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire agents and customers.
  • Manage and monitor DSEs (Direct Sales Executives) to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure active participation and
    performance.
  • Conduct regular visits to agents for support, monitoring, and performance review.
  • Provide product training and operational guidance to DSEs, newly onboarded and existing
    agents.
  • Ensure agents comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for achieving weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Develop and monitor a permanent journal/route plan and ensure DSE daily plans are
    implemented.
  • Develop monthly sales plans based on territory quota and identify ways to achieve them.
  • Daily morning gate meeting for planning today KPIs to achieve and evening gate meeting to
    check back the results
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to the Regional Manager on time.
  • Hold weekly meetings to follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor DSE performance and ensure ROI aligns with the business plan.
  • Manage issue resolution within the agent channel, ensuring compliance with agreed
    processes.
  • Manage the sales team to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Develop monthly sales plans based on territory quota and identify ways to achieve them.
  • Develop and propose incentive schemes for agents and sales teams to drive performance.
  • Develop and implement operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure
    sooth and consistent execution.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Job Specifications

  • Any graduate and at least (2) years of experience in a similar position.
  • Have experience in Fintech/Financial Services/Banking.
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, leadership, and team-building ability.
  • Proficient with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong regional knowledge.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
