  • Any graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient in English & Thai 4 skills
  • Proficiency in all various event software
  • Expert interpersonal skills and good communication skills
  • Well projects and events management experience
  • Competency in Computer

Job Descriptions

  • Well experience in related field
  • Planning and managing our events’ calendars
  • Assist in negotiating quotes and agreements in all related sectors (event & trip)
  • Give the best service within specified budgets for events & Trips
  • Improve our organizational growth and customers’ trust through events
  • Handle in delivering evens information to all related person
  • Handling all aspects of event planning from start to end
  • Multi-tasking skills and excellent time frame management
  • Endure stressful situation and team work with others
  • Join meeting to act as a second point of contact
  • Able to travel for domestics and abroad if needed
  • Making sure that events run smoothly by monitoring customers’ need & respond
  • Ensuring that all equipment’s is set up properly & working properly for the event
  • Assist in arrange air tickets and all needed documents for trip (like visa, passport, notary……)
  • Can deal and handle embassy affairs for customers’ trip

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday, Monday & Public Holidays
