- Proficient in CapCut/Canva (edit videos, add captions, transitions).
- Comfortable filming with mobile phones (basic lighting/sound setup).
- Understands TikTok/Reels trends (or learns fast).
- Can write short, engaging scripts (30-60 sec) in basic English (Burmese for some videos).
- Creative thinker (brainstorms viral ideas daily).
- Detail-oriented (no typos in captions, clean edits).
- Must reside in Meiktila.
- Available for full-time work
- Experience growing social accounts (personal or professional experience).
- Being comfortable and not shy on camera (for Q&A/roleplays).
Job Descriptions
- Research trends and brainstorm 3-5 video ideas/day
- Write short, engaging scripts (30-60 sec) based on teacher’s topics.
- Assist with mobile filming (setup, lighting, B-roll).
- Edit videos end-to-end (cuts, captions, hooks,
- trending sounds) using CapCut/Canva/TikTok Studio.
- Repurpose TikToks into Facebook Reels/Shorts.
- Schedule posts for max reach.
- Engage followers (reply to comments/DMs to boost conversions).
Working Hours: 9:00AM – 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
