Job Descriptions
- Accountable for all tooling usages and movement including tooling scrapped and inventory level
- Ensure all drawings and overlays tooling are updated and made available
- Ensure that tasks have been completed and recorded on a daily basis i.e.
- Daily PM & R, Housekeeping, Spoilage, Tooling Usage Sheets by the Team Members.
- Upkeep all machinery and measuring equipment in the tool care room
- The products food safety is maintained by following HACCP procedures
- Maintain a good standard of housekeeping within the Department and the tooling is correct the process
- Maintain the cleanliness of machines, equipment and work area
- Participate and support in-house project as and when required
- Reporting to Feedback on tooling performance communicating on maintenance
- requirements, problems and daily issue Tooling usage and movement
Job Requirements
- BE or B.Tech ( Mechanical Power)
- Minimum 3 year experience in metal machining workshop
- Able to carry out metal machining, shaping and surface grinding
- Able to operate and carry out precision measurement and interpret technical drawings
- A very good oral and written understanding of English Language
- Working independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated team player
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holiday
