Job Descriptions
- Oversees the daily operations of tour programs, manages a team of staff and guides
- managing budgets, liaising with vendors like hotels and transportation, creating and optimizing tour itineraries
- Address and resolve client issues, monitor customer feedback, and ensure all tours meet or exceed guest expectations
- Monitor and manage tour budgets and expenses, review financial data
- Assist in developing strategic plans for operational activities and contribute to the development of new tour packages
- Maintain a good working relation with the tour guides for smooth operation
Job Requirement,
- Proficient in designing and developing high-quality Inbound and Outbound tour packages and detailed itineraries.
- Strong ability to organize and manage various types of tours, including Group Tours, Customized Tours, and FIT (Free Independent Traveler) Tours.
- Capable of performing tour calculations and quotations quickly and accurately to ensure competitive pricing.
- Comprehensive understanding of tour planning and ground operations to ensure smooth execution of travel programs.
- Highly skilled in handling customer complaints professionally and resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Specialization in Tourism & Hospitality is a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience specifically within the Travel & Tour industry.
- Proficient in English (4 Skills) with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Computer skills (MS Office, Email, and Internet) for daily operational tasks.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sundays & Public holidays
