Job Requirement
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Must have shipping knowledge and contract execution for commodities, both local and international Trades
- Follow up contract terms, delivery periods, and payments
- Ensure proper filing of procurement related documents
- Assist the Procurement Manager in scheduling meetings with suppliers and taking detailed notes during phone calls and discussions
- Coordinate with cross departments for exporting process
- Can communicate with English Language
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics or with a shipping line
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holidays
