Job Requirements
- Any Graduate or a related field.
- Proven experience in trade marketing or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and retail dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
- Willingness to travel as required
Job Description
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products in retail and trade channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and market trends, and tailor marketing ef-forts accordingly.
- Plan and oversee trade promotions, events, and in-store activities to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Monitor and analyze market and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Create and maintain trade marketing materials, including product displays, promotional items, and sales tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and other trade partners.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Provide support to the sales team through training and sharing of marketing insights and materials.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
