Job Purpose
- The Trade and Product Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting brand growth, driving product visibility in the market, and implementing trade marketing activities across dealer shops, retail channels, and key partners. The role ensures that product messages, promotions, and marketing materials are consistently communicated to customers while supporting sales teams with tools to achieve targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities (R&R)
A. Trade Marketing (50%)
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans to support sales promotions, dealer campaigns, and retail activation.
- Coordinate POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) production and distribution (banners, posters, standees, signage, shelf-talkers).
- Implement in-store visibility activities across dealer shops and retail partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to check competitor activities, pricing, display standards, and trade promotions.
- Support trade events, dealer meetings, product demos, and exhibitions.
- Monitor and report trade marketing performance and ROI.
B. Product Marketing (40%)
- Support new product development, product launch planning, and go-to-market strategy.
- Prepare product presentations, brochures, catalogues, and technical spec sheets.
- Coordinate with sales teams to understand customer needs and improve product positioning.
- Analyze competitor products, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Manage product content for online platforms, social media, and company website.
- Collect customer feedback to support product improvements.
C. Cross-functional Support (10%)
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Support marketing team with digital content, branding activities, and lead generation programs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
3. Qualifications & Requirement
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in trade marketing, product marketing, brand marketing, or sales support (FMCG, construction materials, or industrial products preferred).
Skills:
- Good English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Advanced understanding of marketing communication, branding, and sales activation.
- Strong knowledge of the Myanmar retail and dealer market.
- Good data analysis skills (Excel, reports, market research).
- Basic graphic design knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

4. KPIs (Optional – Add if you want)
- Trade marketing campaign execution rate.

- Market visit frequency and competitor reporting.
- Support to sales team (leads, promotions, product content).
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
