Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (More prefer Trainer skills.)
Patient, observant, and passionate about teaching/mentoring others.
Ability to travel frequently on highway routes for training and evaluation purposes.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Percentage increase in passenger satisfaction ratings.
Reduction in the number of service-related complaints.
Training completion rates and staff performance scorecards.

Job Descriptions

Design and update customer service manuals and training modules specifically for the long-haul express bus industry.
Develop New Employee Education programs and regular Refresher Courses for existing staff.
Prepare Annual Training Schedule
Train staff on professional grooming, polite communication (Greeting/Speech), and hospitality etiquette.
Conduct workshops on Conflict Resolution and handling difficult passengers or complaints effectively.
Train Bus Hosts/Hostesses on onboard safety procedures, food/beverage service, and passenger assistance.
Perform On-board Assessments (Mystery Riding) to evaluate staff performance during actual trips.
Analyze passenger feedback and surveys to identify service gaps and areas for improvement.
Provide one-on-one coaching for staff members who do not meet performance benchmarks.
Supervise the grooming and discipline of frontline staff to ensure consistency across all bus fleets.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
