Job Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in education consultancy / international student placement agency.
Proven experience submitting applications to UK, EU, and Canada universities.
Strong understanding of admission pathways, CAS/LOA processes, and basic visa documentation.
Fluent in English (spoken & written), additional languages are a plus.
Familiarity with CRM or student management systems
Excellent communication, counseling, and client-serving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with other officers and team members.High attention to detail, strong multitasking ability, and professionalism when dealing with students and parents.

Job Descriptions

Support and process student applications to universities in UK, EU, and Canada.
Review applicant credentials, academic transcripts, SOPs, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with university requirements.
Work closely with the Transfers Officer and program team to ensure smooth application timelines and follow-ups.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the entry requirements, deadlines, program offerings, and international education trends.
Help build and maintain relationships with partner universities.
Support pre-departure arrangements and student onboarding to host institutions.
Collect and analyze student placement data and prepare reports for management.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
