Job Requirements

Any Bachelor’s degree
1-2 years of experience in a leadership role in the fiber optics industry
Age: Between 18–35 years
Strong understanding of fiber optic installation and maintenance techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as a team’s Leader
Responsible for Backbone fiber Infra and send daily, weekly and monthly reports to Network & Operation Manager.
Site Survey, Fiber Splicing ,Maintenance, Issue Tracking & Troubleshooting
Knowledge about the usage of OTDR, Power meter, Splitter
Maintain and report the accurate and up-to-date records of team’s activities and progress
Ability to lead the team and professional communicate
Able to lead the team under High Pressure Situations

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Rotate System)

Holidays: Sunday and Public Holidays (to be announced)
