• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Good leadership and people-management abilities
• Knowledge of transportation laws, safety standards, and regulations
• Ability to manage budgets and control transportation costs
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting systems, tracking tools)
Job Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and manage daily transportation operations
• Schedule drivers, vehicles, and routes efficiently
• Ensure on-time and safe deliveries or transportation services
• Monitor and control transportation costs and budgets
• Manage drivers and transportation staff
• Ensure vehicles are maintained and meet safety standards
• Follow transportation laws, safety rules, and company policies
• Handle delays, breakdowns, and emergency situations
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors
• Track performance and prepare basic reports
Working Hour: 8:30 AM -5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday ,Sunday & Public Holidays
