Job Descriptions
- Research, review the travel related data and report back to line manager
- Prepare quotations, planning and organize tour packages (mainly China Market)
- Book tickets, reserve accommodation, organize rental transportation
- Suggest best suitable travel options align with clients’ needs
- Offer and promote different services and products
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
- Attend meeting, webinars and others educational program if needed
Job Requirements
- HSK Level – 4 and above
- At least 2 years of working experience as a Travel Consultant (preferred), but candidates with no experience are also welcome
- Passionate about travel and tourism
- Good understanding of different tourism products and options
- English Pre-Intermediate and computer literate
- Customer oriented mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving skill
- Team Player with good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Working Hours: 9:00AM : 5:00PM
Holiday: Saturday ,Sunday & Public Holiday
